Norseman Plastics Acquires Pinckney Molded Plastics
Osage City, Kansas - Norseman Plastics
Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of
Michigan-based Pinckney Molded Plastics. The acquisition
expands the company’s US manufacturing capabilities
with the addition of manufacturing facilities in
Michigan and Florida. Norseman will maintain the
long-standing Pinckney brand, selling existing products
under the Pinckney Molded Plastics name.
The acquisition allows Pinckney
to leverage Norseman’s engineering design and
sales network to expand their dairy case and decorative
shutter product offering and market share. The acquisition
also extends Norseman’s product offering and
allows the company to improve its coverage of the
US market.
Norseman Plastics Holdings is a
privately held company. In addition to the newly
acquired Pinckney Molded Products, the company’s
US holdings include Norseman Plastics Inc, with headquarters
in Kansas. Norseman Plastics Inc and Norseman Plastics
LTD manufacture and sell returnable/reusable material
handling and distribution packaging products that
serve perishables markets, bakery, beverage, produce
and meat, as well as durable goods distribution and
handling. The company also manufactures and sells
a growing line of retail products and an extensive
line of recycling products and home composters to
municipalities throughout North America.
